These terms apply to your use of suretips.ai (the “site”), operated by SureTips (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Age and where you can use the site
You must be 18 or older, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for betting content. The site is not intended for anyone under that age.
Betting and content about betting are restricted or illegal in some countries. You are responsible for checking that using the site, and betting at all, is lawful where you are. Don’t use the site where it isn’t.
2. What SureTips is, and what it isn’t
SureTips publishes football predictions and match analysis for information and entertainment.
- We are not a bookmaker. We don’t accept bets, hold money for you, or settle wagers.
- No prediction is certain. Our probabilities are estimates. A pick rated at 70% still loses about three times in ten, and past results don’t guarantee future ones.
- Your decisions are yours. Anything you do with our content, including any bet you place, is your own choice and at your own risk. Nothing on the site is financial or personal advice.
3. Our predictions and track record
- Each pick shows the odds and our probability at the time it was published. Bookmaker odds come from third-party feeds, change constantly and may differ from what a bookmaker offers you.
- Published picks are timestamped before kickoff and never edited or deleted. If a pick is withdrawn before kickoff (for example after a late team-news change), it stays visible as withdrawn.
- Results are graded from official match data. If a result was recorded wrongly because of a data error, we correct the grade; the pick itself never changes.
- Match facts (fixtures, injuries, statistics, odds) come from licensed data providers and published news, and can contain errors or arrive late.
4. Paid plans
We don’t currently sell paid plans. If we offer them, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay and will form part of these terms. A paid plan buys access to our content. It never buys a guaranteed result, and we don’t refund or “replace” picks because they lost.
5. Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish or resell our predictions or analysis, manually or with automated tools, without our written permission;
- pass off our content as your own, or present it as a guaranteed or “fixed” result;
- interfere with the site, its security or other visitors; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Content and trademarks
Our analysis, previews, design and software belong to us. Club names and crests, competition names and bookmaker names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their appearance here doesn’t mean they endorse or are connected with SureTips.
7. Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, including licensed bookmakers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, offers or conduct; their own terms apply. If we earn a commission from a link, we’ll say so.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise that predictions will be correct, that information will be complete or up to date, or that the site will run without interruption or errors.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including any betting losses, and not for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
