In short: you can use SureTips without an account. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, we don’t build profiles of visitors, and we never sell personal data.
1. Who we are
SureTips runs suretips.ai and is responsible for the personal data described here (the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Contact: hello@suretips.ai.

We don’t ask for your name, payment details or any account details, because there are no accounts. If we add email updates or paid plans, we’ll update this policy before collecting anything new.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s temporary session storage for one thing: remembering which homepage section you clicked, so the page can scroll there. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
4. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics): privacy policy
- Google Fonts: your browser loads our fonts from Google, which receives your IP address: privacy policy
- Google (Gmail), if you email us
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so under recognised safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We don’t sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we don’t use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your message, and no longer than 24 months.
- Technical request data: kept by Cloudflare for a short period for security and operation, under its own retention rules.
- Usage statistics: aggregated, so they don’t identify you.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR (and similar laws elsewhere) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@suretips.ai and we’ll reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority in your own country.
7. Children
SureTips is for adults (18+). We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us and we’ll delete the message.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be shown clearly on the site.
